We spent about 3 months going back and forth wither another company and our rental agent to get our heating panel replaced. They kept telling us they needed to order a part and were waiting. We negotiated with our rental agent to use our own provider directly and Louis at Ideal Air got the part and had it sorted in 2 days! They actually showed they wanted our business and did an impeccable job!!

Got it done when other providers failed!
