Hi there,

My name is Andrew and I’m the founder and owner of Ideal Air. Starting the business in 2002, our simple approach to good old fashion communication service and values, while utilizing modern technology has enabled us to build and grow to being one of Australia’s most well-known residential and commercial service companies in the air conditioning sector.

Our Staff

As so many of us spend bulk time with the people at work, we are very thorough in who we hire. We find likable people, with a positive attitude towards life in general. In doing so we all work well together which is constantly being proven by the fantastic feedback we receive almost daily.

Our trades people, being the real face of the business must have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with proven competency in the trade, fantastic communication skills and clean up after themselves.

We also make sure they are compliant and good citizens by getting a police check done on them.

Communication and job logging:

Our communication from office staff to trades men is great. All of our jobs are logged onto our electronic system. Each job is updated as further works are carried out. If at any time in the future you require info on your specific job we’ll have it. We keep a record of everything that has taken place in relation to a specific job.

On the way alert:
Our trades man will text or phone you half an hour before he’s expected to arrive at your place.

On time promise:
If you’re like me you can’t stand it when people are late. Therefore if we are not on time we will deduct $50 from your invoice. Punctuality is extremely important to us.

Up front pricing:
You will be informed of our costs before we log your job in. If any further work is required we will provide you with a quotation which you need to approve before any further work is carried out. So you’re always in the loop.

Guaranteed work:
If the system fails due to the particular work carried out by Ideal Air we well return and rectify free of charge.

You will receive a service pack:
Once your job has been finalised you’ll receive a hand over pack in the mail offering a chance to give feed back on the service you received, also included are home energy saving tips to lower your bills.

We are local:
Yes we have branched out to all the above states, however when you call on Ideal Air You will be using our local to you trades men. Often living within three to four suburbs of you. So you will be supporting the local community. By excelling in these areas where so many fail we have managed to keep our clients coming back to us year after year for their annual service and repairs.

1. Fill out the online booking form with your desired date, time and a brief description of how we can help. You will then receive a reply email informing you of the price for our call out fee which includes the time required.

2. We’ll contact you to confirm the appointment and will also inform you of the cost once again. So you’re not left wondering.
