Louis started his training in the new installations sector while living on the Gold Coast in the mid-2000s. This expanded to commercial air conditioning and then supermarket refrigeration with Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. After many years of working long days and regular night shifts, Louis transitioned back into large-scale air conditioning plants in high-rise apartments, holiday resorts, universities and airports. Louis enjoys building systems and processes with a passion to help people grow; he recently took some of the staff with him on a charitable mission trip to Vanuatu.
With over 30 years of industry experience, Kris is the “Chief Problem Solver”, Senior Diagnostic Technician & Installations Manager. Kris’s expertise in navigating difficult installations and troubleshooting breakdowns and repairs is invaluable. Kris is known for his dry sense of humour, expertise, professionalism, and leadership. Besides being exceptionally good at what he does, Kris enjoys managing his cricket team, camping with his boys, road trips across Australia and a good steak.
Breakdown and Lead Installation Technician
Having started his career in France, he is familiar with Gas & hydronic heating systems as well as all types of Reverse Cycle heating/cooling equipment. Julien is extremely hard-working and efficient when conducting installations for both heaters and split systems. His accent is unmistakable, as is his focus and discipline from over 5 years in the French army serving in countries across the world. Julien is always early (traffic dependent), reliable and an amazing all-rounder. After a hard day’s work, he still enjoys training for his half marathon events and spending time with his wife and 2 young children.
Installation Assistant and Lead Service Technician
Fabrice is amazing at communicating with clients and ensuring they get the best from their systems. Fabrice is noted for being diligent, punctual, efficient and always having the best interests of others at heart. Fabrice’s heritage comes from a tiny, almost forgotten island, in the Indian Ocean with a big story. His humble and kind nature will set you at ease as he does his best to look after you.
With over 20 years of industry experience, Paul is a “Breakdown guru”. Having started his apprenticeship manufacturing gas heaters in Melbourne, Paul knows his mechanical equipment inside and out. His knowledge and expertise are second to none and you won’t find a more comprehensive service anywhere else – if Paul gives you advice, I’d take it. Paul enjoys a few beers and the footy to relax and spends most weekends with someone from his extensive Greek family. Paul is quiet and polite until you get to know him and then his jokes and sense of humour will keep you laughing all day.
Lead Breakdown/ Installation Technician
Sean started his career at a very young age and comes from a large family of tradesmen. If you need something done, Sean will know someone that can help (probably related). With so much exposure and nearly 20 years of industry experience, there is not much that Sean has not been able to fix or replace. He is reviewed highly for his expert advice, willingness to help, professionalism and amazing can-do attitude. When Sean gets to break away from work you can find him at his lake cabin riding jet skis and wrangling his 4 young children.
Accounts Management, Invoicing and Quotes
Michelle is the general nervous system of the operation. Ensuring jobs continue to flow through the administrative channels in the business. Michelle is an expert in deciphering technical heating & cooling jargon into language the layman can understand. Michelle is diligent and has amazing attention to detail, ensuring the correct systems and parts are ordered to ensure there are minimal delays with the scheduling of works into the diary. Michelle has recently built her first home and with her first child under the age of two, has her hands full 24/7.
Customer Service, Scheduling and Office Management
Alice is the lifeblood and rainbows of the operation. As the frontline person, she is driven by her passion to deliver the best customer experience and this goes down to her core. She is extremely process orientated and likes to get ALL the boxes ticked to ensure that the booking schedule remains optimised. If you speak to Alice, you will notice she goes above and beyond to be thorough so that you know exactly what to expect. Alice loves to save money and has a Master’s degree in Bargain hunting. She always has a smile on her face and enjoys a chat – she will tell story after story if you let her.
